D-E ’78

Kudos to Laurie Woodrow who ran her 4th NYC Marathon. She ran in 1991, 1993, 2003, and now 2023. Laurie has been able to run in Marathons on every continent. After the race, she dined at the famed Red Rooster in Harlem. She had won a gift certificate at a recent D-E Bulldog Bash virtual auction. The gift certificate was donated by Howard Greenstone who has a business interest in the restaurant.

Pictured are Laurie and her sister Randi Woodrow ’76 (and the Marathon trophy!) at the Red Rooster. Laurie’s partner, Bennett Samson, her mother Nina Woodrow, and her Aunt Barabara joined them for the post-marathon celebration.

GET INVOLVED! CLASS CAPTAINS AND REPS NEEDED!

Become a part of the class leadership team that works in partnership with the Alumni Relations Committee and Alumni Relations team throughout the year to promote class engagement and financial support for the School. Class Captains and Representatives (Reps) work with each other to plan milestone Reunion celebrations, share news and updates about classmates and the School, and inspire gifts to the Annual Fund.

We are looking for multiple members of each class to become a Class Captain or Rep and share the responsibilities!
